Life happens — plans change. You can reschedule your booking free of charge, any number of times, as long as you let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled slot.

To reschedule: message us on WhatsApp or call +91 77910 36804 with your booking reference, and we'll confirm a new slot based on team availability.

• More than 4 hours before the slot: Cancel free of charge, no questions asked.
• Within 4 hours of the slot: Since our team is already allocated and travelling, a small convenience charge may apply — we'll always tell you the amount before confirming.
• Team already at your door: If you cancel after our team has arrived, a visit charge applies to cover their travel and time.
• No cancellation fee applies if the delay or cancellation is from our side.

If a booking is cancelled in line with the policy above and an advance payment was made, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Burst pipe, sudden guests, or a last-minute move-in — we get it. We try our best to accommodate same-day bookings depending on team availability that day.
