These terms apply whenever you book a service from Kartik Cleaning Services — online, by phone, or via WhatsApp — or simply use this website. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

• All bookings are confirmed by call or WhatsApp before the scheduled slot.
• We aim to arrive within the confirmed time window; delays are communicated in advance where possible.
• Access to the property, water, and electricity (where needed for the service) must be arranged by the customer.
• Our service guarantee: Not satisfied? We'll redo it free — let us know within 24 hours of the job.

• Prices shown on the website are starting prices for standard-sized spaces; final pricing for larger spaces, heavy soiling, or site-visit-based services (office/commercial cleaning, water tank cleaning, waterproofing) is confirmed before work begins.
• 18% GST is applicable on all services and is added to the final bill, shown as a clear breakdown on your invoice.
• Payment is accepted via UPI or Cash, collected on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• A GST invoice (GSTIN 07CFPPM4458A2ZB) is provided for every completed booking.

Full details are on our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy page — in short, free cancellation up to 4 hours before your slot, with a small charge closer to or after arrival.

Our team is trained and takes reasonable care while working in your space. In the rare event of accidental damage caused by our team during a job, please report it within 24 hours so we can review and resolve it fairly. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from surfaces/fabrics that were already fragile or improperly maintained before our visit.
